Hurricane Patient Support

To the people affected by recent hurricanes, Sanofi US sends our concern and offers our support. Your well-being – and that of the brave men and women involved in rescue efforts – is a top priority for us. Our patients are always important, but especially during disasters, when you might have concerns about having access to your medicine.

Our most urgently needed Sanofi US products, including insulin and tetanus vaccine, were pre-positioned through our disaster relief partners, Direct Relief International and Americares, prior to the storms. Sanofi will continue to fulfill additional requests for our products from our partners. In addition, counselors with the Sanofi Patient Connection program (888-847-4877) are assisting with replacement products for program patients impacted by the hurricanes.

As a company, our Sanofi Foundation for North America is donating $225,000 across Direct Relief International, Americares and Heart to Heart International, and a special employee matching gift donation campaign, which will benefit the American Red Cross, has received an overwhelming, heartfelt response from our employees and will continue through the end of September.

If you are a healthcare provider treating patients for free and need information about how to access Sanofi products, please contact either of our charitable partners:

Direct Relief: (805) 964-4767

Americares: (203) 658-9500
