Sanofi US employees are compensated with a competitive base salary and variable bonus program. Our pay for performance program ties salary increases and promotional opportunities to individual and organizational achievements. Sales professionals are provided with a company car and reimbursement for all business-related expenses.

Below is a brief overview of our benefits program:

Time Off Benefits

Employees can enjoy up to 3 weeks of vacation after the first year, 4 weeks after five years, 5 weeks after ten years and 6 weeks with 20 plus years of service. The company also provides 14 paid holidays.* In addition, we offer 3 personal days and eligibility for personal leave. Employees with less than one year of service will receive vacation on a prorated basis.

* Holidays include one week of pre-scheduled time off as the company closes during the last week of the year.

Health and Welfare Benefits
