Nathalie Grenache is Head of People, Global Specialty Care & North America.
She is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership to Sanofi’s Specialty Care and North America organizations and partners with the executive team to deliver our ambitious people strategy. Nathalie serves as a member of the Global Sanofi HR Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Sanofi in 2017, Nathalie has more than 20 years of human resources experience working in a variety of companies such as Air Liquide, Rogers Communications, Pratt & Whitney, and Bombardier. She has served as a practicing lawyer and is fully bilingual in French and English, having studied and worked in Canada, France, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
Nathalie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Montreal and her law degree from Barreau de Montreal. She and her family live in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
