Sanofi’s Temporary Access Program  

How eligible people can receive a 30-day supply of certain Sanofi medicines

Sanofi Patient Connection logoAs a way to assist the many needs of people as they manage their treatment with Sanofi medicines, the Sanofi Patient Connection program provides patient support in three ways: 

  • Patient Assistance Connection: Provides Sanofi medication at no cost to patients who meet eligibility requirements 
  • Reimbursement Connection: Supports patients in determining their insurance coverage for Sanofi medications 
  • Resource Connection: Identifies additional resources and support that patients may find helpful 

As part of the Patient Assistance Connection, the temporary access program provides eligible people with immediate access to a 30-day supply of their medicine as they wait for their application to process. People with a valid prescription for the below medicines can call an automated helpline at (855) 700-0073 to learn more and navigate program eligibility criteria. People who don’t qualify for the temporary access program will be directed to learn more about other Sanofi savings programs that may better fit their personal situation.

Some people may be eligible for other savings programs based on their insurance status. People with commercial insurance who are prescribed Adlyxin, Apidra, Lantus, Multaq, Soliqua 100/33, and Toujeo should visit their medicine’s website where they can find co-pay assistance programs which limit out-of-pocket expenses for a majority of people to $0 or $10. Those who do not have insurance and take Lantus, Toujeo, Admelog, and/or Apidra should visit our uninsured program where they can pay a fixed price of $99 per month, for up to ten boxes of pens and/or 10 mL vials. Temporary Access Program Pharmacy Details

 

The temporary access program provides eligible patients a one-time 30-day supply. The voucher identification number is valid only for the patient whose name appears on the prescription or prescriptions, and is limited to one redemption per person per lifetime. The voucher covers up to two injectable brands (max 150 mL) and/or up to one 60 tablet package of Multaq (dronedarone) 400 mg tablets (when prescriptions are filled at the same time) for the duration of the program.

Redeem one time for product(s) only when accompanied by valid, signed prescription(s). Please submit claim to RxC Acquisition Company d/b/a RxCrossroads by McKesson using BIN #610524. The BIN#, PCN#, GROUP# and VOUCHER ID# should be used when submitting for reimbursement. By accepting the voucher, the pharmacist certifies that (1) they have not submitted a claim for reimbursement to the patient or any third party payer (public or private); and (2) they have read, understood, and are in compliance with the terms and conditions pertaining to this program and applicable laws. Use of this voucher does not create any obligation or involve any past or future (i) purchase requirement or (ii) notice at any time. Prescriber ID # required on prescription.
