STEMulate Growth is Sanofi’s bold, overarching commitment to advance inclusion in STEM learning for students in historically under supported communities across the U.S. This initiative builds on Sanofi’s long-standing investment in STEM learning, including mentoring programs and global scholarships through A Million Conversations.

STEMulate Growth aligns with our A.I.R. priorities at Sanofi, which include expanding access to Health Care through early science education, supporting the resilience of Healthcare Systems by cultivating future talent, and addressing environmental Impact by engaging students with health issues linked to climate and pollution.

Through intentional partnerships with community-based organizations and educators, we’re creating engaging, culturally relevant experiences that connect real-world science to students’ lives.

STEMulate Growth builds early interest and self-belief, helping young people see themselves in future STEM careers and expanding the pipeline of talent in science and healthcare.
