Laura Sorafine
As interim North America Compliance Officer, Laura Sorafine has oversight of the North American Compliance program spanning all NA Business Units. In particular, she is responsible for monitoring Sanofi US and Genzyme activities within the framework of the Corporate Integrity Agreement.
Laura is the Compliance Officer for North America Specialty Care Dupixent – Respiratory and GI indications - and Patient Support Services and was formerly the Head of Strategic Governance for North America Ethics & Business Integrity. Prior to her roles within Ethics & Business Integrity, she was Assistant General Counsel in Sanofi Legal’s Employment Benefits Law Group supporting Specialty Care. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as in-house counsel at Boston Medical Center and also as an associate attorney at the law firm Foley Hoag.
Laura is a member of the Massachusetts bar. She graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of English and History, and she earned her JD from the Boston University School of Law.
