Laura Sorafine is the Head of Ethics and Business Integrity (EBI) for North America and US & Global Specialty Care at Sanofi, leading the company's compliance program across the US and Canada. Since joining Sanofi in 2012, she has held roles of increasing responsibility across Legal and EBI, including serving as Assistant General Counsel, leading the team of EBI Strategic Business Partners, managing Corporate Integrity Agreements and serving as the Compliance partner and lead for key product launches. Prior to Sanofi, Laura practiced law at a large Boston law firm and a major Boston hospital.
