2026 TORCH Awards Application

The Sanofi TORCH Awards recognize individuals who have made a meaningful impact in the rare disease community by raising awareness, educating, empowering patients, advancing care, or connecting individuals and communities across rare disease areas where Sanofi operates or conducts research.

Through this form, you may nominate yourself or another individual or group. Multiple nominations are permitted, with a separate application required for each nominee unless the nomination reflects a group effort.

Nominations will be reviewed by a panel of Sanofi employees using a standardized evaluation rubric. Up to seven recipients will be selected for the 2026 cycle and recognized during the TORCH Awards ceremony in the second half of the year, as well as through Sanofi external communications and social media. In addition, Sanofi will donate $5,000 to a non-profit organization connected to each recipient’s community of choice, subject to company policy.
