This summer, Sanofi is bringing science directly to its employees through the Science Era Summer Tour. Spanning five sites across the United States, this tour makes science accessible and engaging for all employees, regardless of their role or background.

"Chasing the miracles of science to improve people’s lives" isn't just an aspiration; it's the foundation of our approach to building a scientifically-aware workforce. As Sanofi works toward its ambition of becoming the world's leading immunology company, understanding our innovations becomes crucial for every employee.

The Science Era Summer Tour represents a meaningful commitment to transform employees into knowledgeable advocates of Sanofi's mission by bridging the gap between scientific innovation and everyday understanding.

Each event brought its own unique approach to reflect the employees that work at each site which ranges from offices and labs to manufacturing facilities. From our pipeline to our people and patients, each event was an incredible day of fun, scientific discovery and cross-team collaboration. The energy was palpable as employees dove deep into our innovative pipeline and strengthened connections across teams.

This event was an exhilarating experience. It really embodies who we are as One Sanofi. People from various areas, whether research, manufacturing, or corporate functions, all coming together towards this one common purpose.

Through immersive experiences, employees explored 3D-printed models of our pipeline molecules, used virtual reality to understand the impact of immunological responses in asthma patients' lungs, and gained firsthand insight into the daily challenges faced by people with Multiple Sclerosis and Atopic Dermatitis. The tour provided an unprecedented opportunity for employees to dive deep into our pipeline projects, interact with the brilliant minds behind our scientific breakthroughs, and understand how their roles contribute to our collective success.

Our journey to pursue medicines and vaccines with the greatest potential to improve lives and protect public health requires a unified workforce that understands and champions our innovations. As an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company, Sanofi's strength lies in both our scientific capabilities and our people's understanding of them. This tour celebrates our scientific heritage while offering a glimpse into our promising future.

By making complex scientific concepts accessible, we're ensuring every employee understands their role in our journey to become best-in-class in everything we do. As we continue through our Science Era, this summer tour reminds us that at Sanofi, we're all united in our mission to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.
